Silver Light Problem?

I installed silver light using the update website but every time I go to a MS
site, I see a link near the right corner of the browser that says"Click Here
to Install SilverLight".
BTW, silverlight shows in my add remove programs.

Perhaps your injudicious use of Comodo System Cleaner caused this problem,

That is not the problem. I have the same and my impression is Microsoft made
no provision for it in the page design.
