Silicon Image si3114 drivers for Windows xp Pro x64 edition

When trying to load these drivers with Windows XP
Professional x64 edition I receive the following error
"File \amd\si3114r.sys caused an unexpected error (18) at
line 2283 in D:\srvidx01\base\boot\setup\oemdisk.c." any
idea what the problem is.
