Silent Offline Files Synchronization?

Is there a way to allow offline files to sychronize
silently without dialog boxes?

You can Use the Synchronization Manager wizard to specify the items to
synchronize and to define options for the synchronization process.
You can clear Ask me before synchronizing the items check box.
