Signed Driver Check test

Hello,

I'm using Intel D865GLC Board for Previously Logo'd Motherboard System test
and have failed in Signed Driver Check test. It says the driver for Intel
System Management BIOS (smbios.sys) file is not digitaly signed. The file
comes with Intel drivers CD. I already patch the system with the latest bios
and downloaded latest drivers for this board from intel web side. Can anyone
tell me how to pass this error or is there any contingency for this problem?
