I add a signature to my e-mails. I received a new one from our corporate
office with instructions about how to install it on my PC which I followed.
There are 8 gif files and 1 htm file which make up the signature.
When I compose a new e-mail the signature appears as expected at the bottom
of my message however it arrives at the recipient with only the text portion
in the body of the e-mail and the graphic files are reflected as
attachments.
My mail format is set to HTML. There is an appropriately named HTML file in
the signatures folder together with the gif files.
What must I do to fix this?
Can anyone advise what I have to do
