can you create a signature for a word document.

i want to make a signature in word for my boss so that he doesnt have to
sign all his papers. Is this possible to do in Word?
 
I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Word.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
 
In addition to the previous suggestion of asking in a Word newsgroup, I
would suggest a documented procedure for controlling the signature; without
that, it is possible that anybody could stick the signature into any
document at any time. Not good.
