HI,
I am using OL 2002 WIN XP.
There must be a way to manually add a signature to a reply when you have
chosen NOT to automatically use one in your replies in the options.
I usually don't include one but sometimes need to.
I have not found a way to manually add it, and for the moment have to copy
and paste to manually do it.
Any suggestions?

In the message you're replying to, select the Insert
menu - Signature

Chris,
It does not work.
I do not have that option on the Insert menu.
I am using Word as my email editor.
Perhaps it is the reason why?

If you are using Word as your email editor, then it's on the Insert -
AutoText - Signature. If you haven't setup a signature, you can add
one under Tools - Options - General tab - Email options button - Email
Signature button (in Word or an open email message with Word as the
editor)

Chris

I'll check on it and repost.
Tx,
S

Chris,
Actually, I believe that unfortunately you are incorrect.
Using Word as your email editor, if ou go into Insert/Autotext/Signature,
that is NOT tha signature you have created by the process Tools - Options -
General tab - Email options button - Email Signature button
But just an automatic typing of your name, etc.
It is not a signature that ca include an email link, etc.
I do hope that I am wrong and if so please set me straight.
Tx,
S
