I found "format" on the menu but it's already set to RTF.

Mikeyhsd has a sig that includes moving text so he is
probably a good person to ask.

Since it displays his email address I think it
not unreasonable to email him for a tip
(and let us know how you get on)

Be careful with this one... Maria.
She gets rather snotty if you don't drop everything
and reply to her as number one priority and don't expect
any sign of good manners.
