Signature Verification ...

Due to some problems on my PC (blue screen...) i'v run the Windows XP
Signature Verification tool (Sigverif.exe) to find unsigned drivers and
verify device drivers in Windows XP. (see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=308514)

As a result i'v received the flowing list:
name Version
tcpip.sys 5.1.2600.2892
avg7core.sys 7.1.0.402
avg7rsw.sys 7.1.0.354
avg7rsxp.sys 7.1.0.400
avgmfrs.sys 7.1.0.383
avgtdi.sys 7.1.10.349
gwausb.sys 1.4.6.0

The articale say:
"Third-party drivers that are unsigned are displayed as "Not signed." Use
the drivers in this list as your troubleshooting starting point."

What should be done next ???

Youre better off checking event viewer, locate the event/warning when the
OS blue screened, click on the url, this opens kb help/support in xp usually
with a fix...And/or go to run,type:VERIFIER select,view existing settings,
delete existing settings,close out.

I would suspect the gwausb.sys. It's a driver for a modem. There are some
google hits on BSODs related to this one.
