Signature Problem

I have outlook 2003 and have about 5 different email accounts. Each account
has its own signatures set up. im using word as my editor

When i write a new email my signatures dont appear? Can anyone help?

You have to set up the signatures in Word if you use it as editor. Look up
Signatures in Outlook Help.

Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]

You will need to set up your signatures in Outlook and assign them to the
various accounts - do NOT use Word as your editor when doing this. Once
accomplished, set up a default signature in Outlook. Switch back to using
Word and when you see your signature in Word (per account signature that is)
you will have the option to right click on it and select any signature you
have set up.
