You will need to set up your signatures in Outlook and assign them to the
various accounts - do NOT use Word as your editor when doing this. Once
accomplished, set up a default signature in Outlook. Switch back to using
Word and when you see your signature in Word (per account signature that is)
you will have the option to right click on it and select any signature you
have set up.
