Signature option grayed out

I have a user that's signature options are grayed, she is unable to edit her
sigs. She had outlook set to compose mail in rich text, I thought that may
have something to do with it. I set that to HTML and set Word as her email
editor. Unfortunately, that did not change anything, her sig options are
still grayed out. Any ideas on what might cause this and/or how to resolve
it?

It's impossible to say without knowing the Outlook version.

Nevermind... I've recreated her Terminal Services profile and restored her
old N2K file. Problem solved! Thanks anyway.
