I have three accounts on Outlook 2003. I want to add a signature to only one
account but that does not appear to work. Any solution?

What doesn't work? You can set a signature per account in Tools-> Options->
tab Mail Format. Make sure you also have set Word as your email editor.

Does not appear for the account you have configured it with when creating a
new email you mean?

Yes. I configured both other accounts without any signature.

Try creating a new signature through the Outlook options and configure to
use that one. Just create a simple one with some text in it for testing
purposes.

That's probably the problem. If you want the signature to appear when you swtich accounts, you must set up a default signature for all accounts.

But I don't want a signature for the other accounts. You're telling me that
this is a minimal requirement in order to have a signature for only one
account?

You can also create a signature with just a blank line.
