Signature in OUTLOOK 2000

Hello,

I have a signature in HTML format, but it only appears when sending out as
an HTML email format.
However, when I receive and reply to an email in text format I would like
not to have to keep changing the email format manually each time in order for
the HTML signature to display well.
Is there anyway in OUTLOOK 2000 to automatically reply and insert my
signature in the correct formatting?
Very tiring when sending out 100’s of email every day and half of them are
in text format..

Thank you very much

Try creating a .txt file with the same name at the HTML file in the same
folder as the HTML file
(%AppData%\Microsoft\Signatures). Of course, there is no formatting in
Plain Text messages, so it's pointless to be fancy with that format.
