Signature Error

I have a user whom is trying to create a new signature. Everytime he tries
to put his cursor in the Preview area he gets an "Ordinal 414 could not be
located in the link library" I had him delete the signature profile and
create a new one. Everytime he gets the the part to put his info in, he gets
the same error. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

Sigh, what version of Outlook please?

Where is he creating this signature? Is it being copied from text someplace
or is he starting from scratch?
