Outlook is set up to add a signature with the company logo to all out going
mail but on some replies the logo in the signature doesn't show up. The text
is there but no picture (aka company logo). If you pick an email and click
reply there is a 50/ 50 chance that the logo will appear in the signature.
Please help company payed a lot for the signature logo art, and some of the
attorneys are mad that they payed for something that only works sometimes
(like me but don't tell them) This is only happening on a few pc's most of
the other pc's work fine getting the signatures from the exchange server and
showing up in the emails and replies. Please help make my job easy and tell
me how to fix this!!! The main Pc that needs fixing is running Windows XP Pro
Sp2 with Outlook 2003 (11.6359.6360) Sp1 Yes it is set up to add signature
with all out going and all replies just doesn't work sometimes.

Since Outlook uses the format of the original message when you reply, if
could be that you don't have a signature file that matches that format or
the format doesn't support all of the features in your signature. For
example, if you reply to a Plain Text message, then naturally there will be
no logo because Plain Text is, well, plain text without image support of any
kind.

One reason to eschew fancy-schmancy glitz and glitter that doesn't add to
the message in the first place.

Thats what I thought but wasn't sure. Is there anyway to reply and
change format so that the logo can be place in the email.like with
yahoo mail i can choose to reply with inline text or as an
attachment or are they just going to lose out on the pretty lil logo
they bought (on some emails)

After clicking Reply, then can change the format of the mesage to what they
want and include the signature, but it will be a deliberate manual step each
time.

having trouble adding a company logo....

Good Morning,

I'm having trouble adding a small jpeg to my Outlook signature. I've shrunk
the pic, copy and pasted to the edit signature screen but it wont appear. All
I see is a shaded out-line box where the logo should be. Any ideas?

Thanks a lot.
