Signature contains a jpg file

Hi! Thanks for your help in advance.

I will appreciate it if you can show me how to automatically convert the
content of reply or forward mail to HTML before the signature is
automatically inserted. When the content of reply or foward mail is not
HTML, I have to manually convert it to HTML, and then I manually insert the
signature because my signature contains a jpg file.

In additional to the signature, I will appreciate it you can let me know
how to write code to deploy the signature to all workstations, so that users
just need to pick it up from their signature list.
