I have MS Office Outlook 2003, not Outlook Express.

I have 3 small companies, they each have their own name, website and domain.
When i send an e-mail every time again, i have to watch out for:
- to use the right account
- to use the right signature

My question is:
Is there a clever way to make sure that when i select a certain e-mail
account, that i automatically have the right signature too ?

In Tools | Options | Mail Format, set Word as your email editor and assign a signature to each account.

David,

Yes, there is a way. Go into Tools/Options/Mail Format. At the bottom, you
can set the signatures that you want associated with each email account.

Yes that's right. So i did

But for one or another reason, when i want to send a new e-mail and i
select the third account, he still shows the signature of my default
account.

Did you also set Word as your email editor? That's a prerequisite for this featue.

Go back into the setup of signatures and double check what it is showing.
If it shows what you want, I would change it to something else, exit out of
Outlook and go back into Outlook and change it again to the way you want.

No, i forgot to do that.
You are right, its's a prerequisite

I dislike to use word as an e-mail editor, i think it's overkill.

You are right
But apparently, as Sue already mentioned, it only works if i use word as my
e-mail editor !
Stupid, isn't it ?
