Sign on as Administrator

I am running Windows xp,service pack 2. I am the only one who get o
this computer. I set it up as me the owner. I was working in syste
config. utility. I was removing some programs from start up. A box cam
up and told me I had to be signed on as the Administrator. My questio
is how do you sign on as the Administrator? Thank Yo

By design, the only way to log into the Administrator account of WinXP
Home is to reboot into Safe Mode. For WinXP Pro, pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL
twice at the Welcome Screen will produce the standard login dialog box.
