Sign in to programs on line

Can anyone help me with this problem? All of a sudden I
am unable to sign in on programs I have joined, such as,
a medicine group, in order to get medication. I place my
I.D. and password in the proper places but, the programs
will not allow me to sign on. It is not just one but all
programs I have signed in to. I have called some, on the
phone and asked for support but am told that from their
end using my I.D and password everything works just fine.
I am at my wits end. Thank you for any help.
 
Hi,

Close Internet Explorer, click start/run, type in:

regsvr32 softpub.dll

and click "ok". When finished, retry the secure sites.
