sign in to ebay

I have tried for a week to sign in at ebay. I have cleared cookies. I have
registered. I have tried to re-register. I always get invalid info. I have
used "forgot your password" and they give me the wrong question to answer. I
give them the answer given when I registered, and it doesn't work. Tonight
I registered for net passport. When I try to sign in with it. it processes
and a blank page comes up. I am frustrated. Your help would be appreciated.

If you are using a firewall, perhaps it is blocking something that is
necessary. You'll need to check your firewall rules and options to see what
might be blocking. Most third party firewalls have logs that tell what
they've blocked and when so you might start there assuming you have a third
party firewall as opposed to XP's firewall.

NOTE: you may have other security software installed that might be blocking
access, sometimes blocking cookies, popups or ads can be the source of this
type of issue. Some antivirus software have such features including
firewalls of their own.
