Sifting out triplicate addresses in Entourage

Hallo there,

I am on a Mac, have Entourage for email, and due to crashes and rebuilds (I
think) I have a lot of duplicates and triplicates of info in my E.
addressbook.

How can I strip out these doppelgangers?

I want to export all the addresses etc to my Mail program but not if they
are duplicated.

My E. Addressbook says it has 3236 addresses in it, this ought to come down
to about 1000 or 1500 at the most.

I am not very expert at any of this, and also trying to run 2 little
businesses so I don't have much TIME...is there any software which would
deal with this for me?

This is a Microsoft Access newsgroup. Access is a database application that
is part of MS Office Professional.

I'd suggest finding a MAC Entourage newsgroup for your question.

Sorry, but this newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database
product that's part of Office Professional. There isn't a Mac version of
Access, so it's unlikely you'll find too many Mac users in this newsgroup.

On the other hand, there are two newsgroups related to Entourage:
microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage, and
microsoft.public.office.mac.entourage. You might try reposting to one of
those groups.
