Entourage Address Book to Outlook Contacts

I run Entourage on a Mac under OS X and Outlook 2003 under
Windows XP. I need to keep both address books up to date.
Since I just installed Office 2003, the Contact database is
empty. I would like to be able to move all my Entourage
address book entries to Outlook.

Canyou export your Entourage contacts to Excel? What formats does Entourage
support for exporting?
