Gurus,

Have any of you successfully setup Entourage mail client for Mac to connect
to Microsoft Exchange Server 2003? I have a client who has a smattering of
these clients and while they all can connect successfully, read and send
email, none can connect to the address book. They get an LDAP error
whenever they try.

Milly, are you able to get them to download the Address Book successfully?

You'd be better served posting in one of the Entourage newsgroups
(microsoft.public.office.mac.entourage or
microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage). Be sure to state your Entourage
version as well as the exact LDAP error you receive.

All I know about setting this up is you need to specify one of your Global
Catalog servers as the LDAP server, and you shouldn't need to enter a search
string.
