Entourage address suggestion in MSO or OE

T

Tonezzz

Hi there,
Is there anyway to show up the Entourage address suggestion style in MSO
or OE ?
The auto complete one exists in MSO and OE does not satisfy my boss who is
going to
move from his Mac to Windows. He need something exactly the same as in the
Entourage.
All Entourage, MSO and OE are from Microsoft, there should be a possible
to show up
the same thing, isn't it ?

Thanks,
Tony.

Define what "Entourage address suggestion style" is and someone may be able
to answer.

Thanks Brian,
In Entourage for Mac, when I type a charactor or more in the "to" box.
A box with e-mail addresses list will appears under the "to" box.
All contacts that their firstname or lastname start with the characters
typed
will be shown.

Let say if I have these items in my contacts.
John Doe
Jim Doe
Jan Doe
Jack Doe

When I type "j", I'll see a list of all contacts, but when I type more like
"ja", I'll see a list of "Jan Doe" and "Jack Doe".
Further more and my favorite, If I type in "doe", I'll see the list of
"Doe"'s family.

Hope this will be clear enough as I'm not a native English. I think
this feature is very useful and convenience
and Microsoft should have it in all of their application.

Thanks,
Tony.

Outlook 2002 and 2003 have this feature. It's called Autosuggest. I can't
test it, but I thought OE had this feature, too.

OE will suggests only one that closet match. (I tested by myself)
Outlook 2002 suggests only the matched e-mail address previously typed in
not all from the address book.
(I tested by myself, also read from MSO2002 help)

Anyone have been tested the MSO2003, please give some more information.

Maybe somebody should make some plug-in and they can make money ;-)

Thanks.
Tony.
