I can't install the software Vsn 2.0 on my system (Windows
XP. I don't see any drivers to download either.

Is the Pro compatable with Windows XP? If so how do I get
it going?

Thanks

You have just joined the club of people left out in the
cold!!!!
No the software is not compatable with xp and since
microsoft already has our money they do not plan to
support it. I have 4 flight type games sitting useless
because I cant play them.
You can(maybe) get some funtion out of it,XP has some
very basic drivers already installed for it but they are
limited. If you have a flight similar game "forget it".

Connect the joystick to the gameport controller, go to the Control Panel,
click on Game Controllers, use AutoDetect and XP will install its own
drivers.

Actually it's more like the outdated legacy gameport controller that isn't
compatible with today's high speed CPUs. They can't keep up with the
dataflow and cause a huge bottleneck. Go with USB. Sidewinder v4.0 is fine
with XP. Both the joystick and the wheel version.
