You need to tell us what brand of video card or adapter you have.
If you happen to have a NVIDIA card or adapter, right-click on
your Desktop and select:
Properties > Settings > Advanced > GeForce (tab) > NVRotate
and change the setting to "Landscape (0 degree rotation)".

We had the same problem with Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller and here is how we fixed it. Properties > Settings > Advanced > Adapter Tab > Update Driver.
