Display on monitor is sideways

I turned on my laptop. When my desktop loaded it now shows sideways on the
screen. How do I change it back to normal?

Try Pressing CTRL+ALT + Arrow UP or Right or Left or Down.
Also you can Right click your Desktop and see if there is a properties to
Rotate the display 90 Deg.
