Sideways Browsing and IME Questions

How is this done. I got it to work accidentally one time, but never again.

Also vista is saying I need MUIs for IME. I need to have Japanese fonts
installed on my system for my homework lol. From what I read though the MUIs
are complete replacements for the shell. Please help me lol.

OK, presuming your English.. and having Japanese fonts and stuff... just do
a full reinstall P

I solved the IME problem. I wasn't looking in the right place for it.
However, I still haven't figured out how to tilt the
windows sideways. I do have a WDDM compatable video card on both machines.
