Sidebar with Ads keeps appearing

Whenever I run a search on Yahoo or Google, I'm getting a
sidebar appearing on the right side of my screen that
presents a number of small ads. In the properties of the
bar, it says the address is www.fastfind.org.

I've run Ad-aware, Spybot Search & Destroy, and Spy
Sweeper in the last 24 hours - with updates - trying to
get rid of it, and although each has located other
adware, none of them has been able to get rid of this
problem. I've also looked for it in the Add/Remove
programs = nothing.

Any suggestions?
