Sidebar Disappears when Logging In

Hi All,

I finished installing Vista Business yesterday and it went pretty good with
the exception of a few driver issues.

One thing I noticed is that when I log off and log back on, by default the
Sidebar disappears. The only way I can figure out how to make it reappear
when I log in is to go to control panel and do a search for Sidebar. I then
click on "Add Gadgets" and it appears.

I checked it's settings, and it is supposed to appear when I log on. Two
questions come to mind:
1) Is there a shortcut key to make the sidebar appear
2) Is there a server setting I need to make? We're logging into a Windows
2000 server.

Thanks!

Brian.
