Sick of Refreshing!

For some reason, I keep gatting old pages at certain
sites and have to constantly refresh the page to get
current information. For example, I would get yesterday's
information from a site and wheni refresh the page the
current information comes out. Please Help!
 
Go to Tools > Options. Under General tab > Temporary Internet Files, select
Settings. Check "Automatically".
