SHutting itself down

So I am trying to import video off already saved Point and SHoot videos. IF I
try to import video or do anything on WMM it is shutting itself completely
down

It says

Code : OxcOOOOO94 Flags : 0x0000000

Record: OxOOOOOOOOOOOOOO lots of O's and
Address : Ox 00000000001003d028

Any ideas
