Shutting down

I just got a new PC with Window XP Media. It seems
working fine. However when I try to shut the computer
down after running 3D intensive game I get the message
saying "NVIDIA Window is trying to save the data"
with "end Now" and "cancel" button. Cancel button doesn't
do much and I can easily shut down the computer by
clicking "end now". However it only happens after I ran a
3D intensive game other times I can shut down the computer
without getting any of the message. Is this normal?
Anyone experienced this thing? Please advice.
