shuts off

I will be in the middle of a game at pogo.com, for instance, and my pc shuts
off. I have to unplug it for like 20 seconds then it will turn back on. I
tried to get help at hp instant support, but when I click on request help
nothing happens. HELP!!
 
Not a lot tof info to go on, so this is a stab in the dark. If it is just
shutting down without any prior warning, it suggests that the motherboard has
decided that your PC has got too hot.

If this is the case, you might want to ensure that your PC has adequate
ventilation and that the cooling fans are clear of obstruction, ie dust, dog
or cat hairs
