Shuts down without an error message

I go to click on a site and explorer automatically shuts
down and kicks me back to the desktop without an error
message or anything? Any ideas?

I have the same problem. It seemed to develop last week.

I am running IE6.0 with Windows 2000 on an IBM Thinkpad.

we seem to be the only ones with this problem. its been
days now and noone has responded to me.

Try renaming the hosts file to old hosts. If that works, see what url need
to be "#" out. This worked for me but it might not be your problem.
