shuts down when I log off

Why has one of the accounts on my system started shutting down when log off
is pressed. We have 3 accounts on the system and only the one seems to do it.
We cannot switch user from this account because when you click of log off it
saves changes and then shuts down. Can anyone help me with this?

You could try creating a new user account and transfer his files and
settings using "Files and Settings Transfer Wizard"
http://aumha.org/win5/a/fast.php (just copy somewhere to hard drive but
backup email separately) or by copying his data directly to the new account

I would do a through scan for virus and spyware.
