Shuting down Outlook 2003 from the comand line

Is there any way to start and shutdown Outlook application from the comand
Line?

Please could anyone assist?

Dear Edson,

to start Outlook use the path to the "outlook.exe"

C:/programs/.....Outlook.exe

To stop (kill/quit) Outlook have a look on this site:
