Windows XP Not enough quota is available to process this comand

Alright please i need alot of help on this one... i had logon loader and i put in a wrong picture that would work and then when i put switch user to see if iit changed and it said "Not enough quota is available to process this comand". I freaked out and turned it off because i couldn't do anything so when it loaded it loaded when it reached to the logon loader it said "Not enough quota is available to process this comand" and it keeps happening its really stupid becuase i just got this comptuer from school for free if it helps i have an acer aspire one intel (r) Atom(TM) CPU N270 1.6GHZ i really need help i can't go ON TO ANYTHING I REALLY NEED HELP PLEASE :(
