Not enough quota is available to process this command

I recently got an error saying there was not enough quota
available to process this command. Anyone know what the
means or how to fix it?
 
This is usually fixed by re-applying the latest Service Pack.
 
Ultimate problem was a couple viruses detected by Norton.
once deleted the computer returned to normal functionality.
