When I ask Vista to shutdown it displays these stop codes

the same would apply to Vista.

http://winqual.microsoft.com/HCL/Default.aspx is the Vista hardware
compatibility list.

Do make sure that you have all of the correct Vista drivers for your
computer and peripherals.
