Shutdown

Someone here helped me install a shortcut for shutdown as
follows...................

'C:Windows/system32\shutdown.exe -s - t 00'

I have a friend who wants it and I can't remember how I got it.

The shutdown.exe must be really hidden.

How do I/we expose it for access?
