ShutDown - Restart

Bob Hunt

When I click or double click on my XP Home Ed. Shutdown or Restart, will not
always go into that mode. I have to go back and re-click or double click.
Has anyone experienced this before, or is it just another fluke that happens
for some unknown reason? I have run Ad-Aware, SpySweeper, SpyBot and Panda
AV. The system is clean according to these programs.
