Shutdown/Restart Problem

I always have to click on Shutdown or Restart at least twice to get it to
happen. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this problem? I suspect that
one or more of my programs that I always have running is involved - but I
don't know how. Thanks.............

Stop that program first (try each one). I found that not ending IMesh first
meant I could never logout.
