Shutdown problem

Win XP, SP-2, Compaq computer
I just upgraded from Win 98 to Win XP on my computer. When I shutdown, the
computer restarts. After turning off the Automatic restart in the System
control panel, I get the following error:

Stop: 0X0000007E (0X0000005,0XFAE2B9B0,0XFAF929AC,0XFAF926A8)

KBDCLASS.SYS ADDRESS FAE29B9B0 BASE AT FAE2B000, DATE STAMP 41107B08



Any suggestions?

You might want to take a look here:

If this doesn't apply to your specific hardware then you might
want to check on upgraded drivers for your keyboard.
