Shutdown problem..

Seems everytime I try to reboot or shutdown XP I get a program running
window with a "end now" option.... it says the program is "XPCOM:Event
receiver "... anyone know what this is and if there is a way to stop this
from happening??
 
You might be able to find it in msconfig and unclick it. Reboot and see what
happens.
