I am having windows 2000 Pro and my system doesn't shutdown, restart or logoff. But when I power Off my system and restart then i am able to logoff, restart and shutdown but after few hrs when again i try to do so i am not able to do
i think this is due to virus but till now no anti virus has detected it and has also got no solution for it. I have tried to search a patch for this problem in microsoft's official website but i am not able to locate it
Can any one please help me to get this problem solved as soon as possible ?
