Shut down problem

Sir/madam,

My Windows 2000 server is not shutting down. When i even
press ctrl+alt+del it is not displaying the logoff screen.

After pressing shutdown or either restart, my computer is
not able to shutdown or restart.

Kindly help me in this issue.
