When I shutdown; near the last stage of the the machine turning off; up comes
a box for a minute and then my computer will turn off.

The error box says:

"WINDOWS DRIVE NOT READY the drive is not ready for use. It's door may be
open."

How do I remove this problem?

Check if an option is enabled in your anti-virus software to scan
removable drives on Windows exit. They do this to check for viruses
that would exist on, say, the bootable floppy and would be active before
the anti-virus software got loaded.
