Shutdown error

Every time I shut down, I receive a message that says tfswctrl.exe.exe not
responding. I have searched for this phrase everywhere and cannot seem to
find it or to stop it. Any ideas on how to fix?

I am using XP with all the updates.

Try searching the internet, for example:

You'll find that tfswctrl.exe is an essential process for HP's packet
writing software which burns data to CD's using Microsoft Windows explorer.

Fortunately, Hewlett Packard maintains an extensive support web site.

Sorry I mistyped the file name. It should be tfswctrl.exe
