iaanotif.exe error message at shutdown

iaanotif.exe error message at shutdown - every time. Windows XP all service
packs installed. How can I stop this from showing up every time I shut down?

Uninstall the Graphic Acceleration application for Intel by going to Control
panel Add/Remove programs.
Reboot your machine and restart it again, does it show on Shutdown?

That is "IAA Event Monitor User Notification Tool - IAA RAID
Event Monitor - Intel"

Did you uninstall it and now are getting the error message?

If not, see if you can perform a repair install or an uninstall and
re-install of whatever that program is.
